Zodiac Incense
Questions about incense?
1. When is the best time to burn it? (going to bed, studying etc.?)
2. Should I open the windows when I burn it?
3. What is it actually for other than smelling nice?
4. The one I have says ‘Superhit’ and has pictures of zodiac signs on it – Is ’superhit’ the name of the scent ;s or what is the scent actually called?
5. Can burning/smelling it be unhealthy in any way?

1. I don’t think there is a best time to burn it, so just burn it whenever you want.
2. It is a good idea to have a window open to get some fresh air circulating.
3. Other than smelling nice, incense is often used in religious rituals and during meditation.
4. Superhit is the scent. The scent is similar to Nag Champa.
5. It can be unhealthy if you burn too much of it, but so is any kind of smoke. Just keep it to one stick or cone at a time and you should be fine.
