i keep peeing in my pants when i exercise!!?
hi i do thai boxing twice a week and last week tuesday and thursday i was in doing thai boxing and i kept peeing in my pants and it was quiet a lot and it happened again this tuesday. I had a dream that i was pregnant and i just ignored it but then i was starting to feel sick, and my boobs have got heavy and sore around the armpit area and also my nipples are sensitive, but i took a test yesterday and it was negative, also since i took the test i have stopped feeling sick. But i am not sure if my period was last week when i took the test or this week, could some one please give me some advice i am very confused and not sure what is going on with my body?? Thank you
Well from my experience the weak bladder isuues occured for me during the third trimester of pregnancy (and after pregnancy) so I don’t think that is the problem although you should be 100% sure if you are pregnant or not. I have experienced symptoms of early pregnancy throughout my entire adult life and I am always wondering if I am pregnant because I have an irregular period. There are many reasons other than pregnancy that can cause these symptoms you are having. If I were you, I would wait a week or two and take another pregnancy test. If negative and you are still having bladder issues then I would consult with my doctor about a possible bladder infection or over active bladder. Don’t stress, you will figure it out.
