Energy Healing of all kinds is simply a matter of raising your own energetic vibration, which you can do with your intention to entrain to frequencies of known higher resonance. When you give energy healing to another, either in person or long distance, then the two objects (you and other), are entraining to each other, and raising each person’s vibration level. this is a fact and one of newton’s laws of motion. Reiki symbols are one such object one can entrain to with one’s intention. One’s own energetic vibration will also rise when you do the simple thing as quiet your mind. The longer you can sustain quiet mind, the higher your vibration can rise. Rising vibration is akin to gathering or charging energy. The higher vibration level of the person doing a healing, the more effect they will have on the client, when ‘the two objects meet’. All objects in the universe have the same energetic core, it’s similar to dark matter, you can’t see it or measure it but it’s there. It pervades all of us and connects us all together with an intelligent timeless spaceless sentient knowning. reiki is not a kind of energy, it is rather a technique to focus and use existing energy. Daily practise and experimentation is the best way to find out more about energy healing techniques and prove to yourself it actually works.
